Track 1 Pre - licensure Programs:

Generic Nursing Program (CSU Channel Islands Campus)

Important Note: Application date

Step One: Apply to the University: csumentor as a Pre-Nursing Major from October 1- November 30 for Fall admission. Important note: If you will be graduating from CSUCI in the spring you must complete the University application and subsequent Intent to Enroll in order to be eligible for admission in the fall semester.

Step Two: Apply to the Nursing department Nursing Application will be reviewed from February 1 - February 28. Applications will not be accepted after February 28. If you have any questions please email us at nursing@csuci.edu. You will receive notice of status of application by April 30.

The nursing program application, official transcripts, TEAS scores from ATI, and all documentation of supplemental criteria(PDF, 76KB) must be received by the nursing department no later than the last Friday in February. Please hand deliver or mail documents to:

BSN Program at Cottage Health System (Goleta Satellite Campus)

Important Note: Both applications must be submitted August 1 - August 31

Step One: Apply to the University: csumentor Intended Major: BS Nursing at Cottage Health System Major for Spring 2013. Important note: If you will be graduating from CSUCI in the fall you must complete the University application and subsequent Intent to Enroll in order to be eligible for admission in the Spring.

Step Two: Apply to the CSU Channel Islands BSN Nursing Program at Cottage Health System Nursing Application: for Spring. If you have any questions please refer to the nursing website.

The nursing program application, official paper transcripts , (TEAS scores from ATI must be sent electronically) and all documentation of supplemental criteria (PDF, (76KB) must be received by the nursing department no later that August 31st. Please hand deliver or mail documents to:
